Yes, my father (Bernard) has passed. He died on the couch, presumably asleep, on 4/21/09. My grandfather Joe and brother Eric still live in the house across from St. James. Saw this obit in the paper today - don't know the details but remember Eddie - Edward J. Ketcham, Jr., 56, passed away January 9, 2009. He was an Air Force veteran and graduated from Mar Vista High School, Class of 1970. Ed was a machinist employed by Carrillo Ind. He is survived by his father, Edward J. Ketcham Sr., and his wife, Alicia of Poway, his mother, Esther Keim of Las Vegas, his three children, Eddie Joseph (Jennifer) of Minn., Jessica and Kenny of Hemet; his sisters, Pamela Fuentes (Vincent), Susan Rodriguez (Arthur) of Las Vegas, and Carolyn Espinoza (Robert) of Mira Mesa, his grandson, Tanner, his nephews, Kristopher Wood, Nicholas Rodriguez, and Junior, Noah, and Nico Espinoza, and his niece, Brittany Rodriguez. Services will be held at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery with Military Honors on February 3rd, at 11 a.m. Ed's smile and humor will be greatly missed.
